When will my order ship? All orders placed before 2pm central are shipped the day the order is placed. All orders after 2pm central are shipped the following day. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking code, so you can track your package’s location. If any items are out of stock when your order is placed we will contact you before processing your order.
How much is shipping? Our shipping rates are based on weight and zip code. At checkout you can view shipping options and costs.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes, when all of the orders for the day are closed out we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number. It will generally go out around 5pm.
When will I get my order? The map below shows the shipping times for Ground shipping from Nashville, TN, where we are located. For example: if you order on Monday night and you are located in Pennsylvania, it is 2 shipping days to you. We will pull and ship the order on Tuesday, and then you will receive it on Thursday.
What if my package gets stolen off my doorstep?
Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for any packages stolen off of your porch or doorstep. This is a problem that happens frequently in high traffic areas and apartment complexes. If you're live in a high traffic area and are concerned that this could be an issue, please notify us. We'll gladly request a signature for your package upon delivery or have it held at your nearest FedEx location to prevent potential theft.
Where can I buy these locally? The reason many people shop for candy online is because they can't find them locally. We are only located in Nashville, TN and we are an online store. When we hear that manufacturers are discontinuing or limiting some products, we make sure to load up on them so people can still get their candy fix, even if the local stores don't carry them. So if you hear that something is going away, let us know!
What does ‘backordered’ mean? A backordered item is either discontinued or difficult to find. We find a supplier and list the item on the site for your convenience. We do our best to give you an accurate estimated time of arrival as well. If you place an order that includes a backordered item, we will hold your entire order until the backordered item arrives.
Do you sell wholesale or retail? Both. We sell to everyone and we only have a $10 minimum. Instead of offering special prices for wholesale, we've decided to keep all of our prices as low as possible to be fair to everyone.
Do you ship internationally? No, we only ship with in the United States.
Do you guarantee my candy will arrive on time? We will make every effort to ship your candy the day your order is received. However, we do not have control over FedEx shipping once it has left our warehouse. If you give us a specific deadline we will do our best to make sure you get your product on time.
Can I use multiple coupon codes in the same order? No. Unfortunately you cannot use more than one coupon code in one order.
