Damaged merchandise will be refunded or reshipped for your convenience. All other returns received unopened and undamaged within 14 days after delivery will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If your merchandise is delivered to your address and you do not receive it, we cannot be held responsible. Call Fedex (800-Go-Fedex) or USPS (800-ASK-USPS) and they can generally find your package. We recommend you request Signature Confirmation prior to our shipping the order.

Shipping cost is based on the weight, the destination zip code, and the type of service selected. Upon your order shipping you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Warm weather causes different measures for temperature sensitive products. We use cardboard boxes and ice packs during warm months. We cannot guarantee your products safety but we take every measure to make sure it gets to you intact. Orders with temperature sensitive products are not permitted to ship over the weekend, and we will ship them out on Monday.
